$10 Reservation fee does not count towards point accrual as the $10 is deducted from your parking bill when you checkout. The parking fees paid upon checkout are eligible for point accrual. Currently,the reservation scan does not associate the transaction to the Point Club account.
You will receive an email confirmation after booking, simply pull it up on your smart phone and give the number to the cashier. If you are a Point Club member, a copy of this voucher is in your account under "Orders".
Yes, If you booked a reservation for parking, you can present a coupon to the cashier at the time of payment.
We request notice at least 24 hours before your arrival. Our ADA accessible shuttle, equipped with a wheelchair lift, is available 24-hours. Upon arrival to the lot, we will make arrangements to accommodate your needs.
