  • In order to secure a reservation, a Non-Refundable $10 fee is required.

    What if I stay longer than my reservation date?

    Our system will calculate additional charges and you can pay for the balance.

    I have a Point Club Account, will this go towards my points?

    Reservation deposits do not accrue points. However,the receipt for the balance paid at the end of your travel can be assigned to your account for points.

    I lost my voucher, how can I check-out?

    You will receive an email confirmation after booking, simply pull it up on your smart phone and give the number to the cashier. If you are a Point Club member, a copy of this voucher is in your account under "Orders".

    Can I use a discount coupon with my reservation?

    Yes, If you booked a reservation for parking, you can present a coupon to the cashier at the time of payment.

    How do I reserve an ADA accessible vehicle?

    Our ADA accessible shuttle, equipped with a wheelchair lift, is available 24-hours. Upon arrival to the lot, we will make arrangements to accommodate your needs.

    How do I cancel or change my reservation?
