    What happened to the old Point Club Account?

    In June of 2016, we upgraded our revenue system which required an upgrade to the Frequent Parker Point Club. Anyone who had an active account on the old system will need to create a new account on the new site. You can use the same email address and password to create the new account. Unfortunately, due to the switch of vendors we can only transfer the point balance to the new account. Please send an email to manager@shuttlepark2.com once you have registered the new account.

    Do I login the same way?

    The new address to the parking rewards system is https://my.parkingsoft.com/shuttlepark2 If you have the old link saved or bookmarked you will want to change it.

    ***How do I redeem my points?***

    No need to book ahead or print a voucher/certificate. Simply log in to the new site https://my.parkingsoft.com/shuttlepark2

    • Under Profile, click on "Enter or Exit Lot"
    • Your unique barcode number will be displayed
    • Print it out or using your smartphone/device simply scan your barcode at the ticket machine upon arrival to the parking lot
    • Upon your return, scan the barcode at the cashier window
    • The cashier will notify you of your available point balance and how much can be redeemed for the stay

    *** If you are traveling during peak periods ie...Holidays, Spring Break, etc., please book a reservation to guarantee a spot, the $10 fee will be credited when you return from your trip

    How do I record my points?

    The easiest way to ensure the points are recorded is to give the cashier your Member ID #,the receipt and points will automatically be recorded.

    To record points manually

    • Log in to your account
    • Under Transactions, click on "Assign Transaction."
    • Enter the transaction/receipt number and pin number on your receipt...both items are located at the top of your receipt.
    • Click "Assign" and the points and receipt will be recorded to your account.

    My receipts have a receipt number and validation code, How do I record my points?

    Due to the change in vendors, we have to manually add these receipts to the new account. Please send us an email, include the username for the account and the receipt number of the receipt. We will add them to your account.

    Will my credit card number be registered to the new account?

    No, for security reasons all credit card numbers associated with the old site will be purged. Customers will have to register their credit card to the new account.

    What happened to my parking history?

    Due to the change in vendors, the only information we can transfer from the old system is the point balance. Don't worry, we can still provide you with parking history (receipt copies, etc..) information, simply contact us via email and we can get that information to you.
